Announcement: Projeco Oy is responsible for the project management of the Metallimiehenkuja 10 development

Projeco Oy and the Foundation for Business Students in Aalto University (KY Foundation) have signed an agreement regarding the development project at Metallimiehenkuja 10. Under the agreement, Projeco is responsible for the project management and supervision of the construction.

Projeco acted as a technical consultant to the KY Foundation during the real estate transaction. Now the cooperation continues on a larger scale as Projeco is responsible for the overall management and supervision of the construction project. The planning of the project has already started, and its implementation is progressing in stages, with the target completion estimated at the beginning of 2027.
